Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Recognizes Emergency Department Nurses

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center joins the Emergency Nurses Week celebration, October 8-14, by recognizing our emergency department nurses and highlighting the vital role they play in patient care.  This year’s Emergency Nurses Week theme focuses on the unique traits of emergency nurses possess including a broad range of knowledge, resourcefulness, and selfless willingness to stand on the front lines of emergency care.  Emergency room nurses face more stress and pressure than most medical professionals.   Our entire facility recognizes how hard they work to treat patients and save lives.  Claxton-Hepburn honors our emergency nurses for their commitment to patient care and all they do to defend your tomorrow.  Shown in the photo are emergency department team members Wendy Miller, Sarah Gordinier, Farah Gilmour, Julie Sciorra, Bridget Koban, Kim Gillman, Dr. Todd Howland, Jolene Laseige, and Genevieve Ramsay.
