I Can Feel Better workshops are designed for adults living with ongoing health concerns. Held weekly for 6 weeks, participants learn:
- practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue
- better nutrition and exercise choices
- how to better communicate with your health care provider, family, and friends
- positive ways to improve your quality of life
Both those living with the condition(s) and their caregivers are encouraged to attend and participate. Instructed by two trained leaders, classes are highly interactive, and provide a supportive environment to help you make a plan to improve your life.
If you have a condition such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, or another long term health concern, this course is for YOU!
